Slippery Rock Water
I guarantee you that if Slippery Rock showed their students the type of water they serve here at orientation lots of kids would have chosen a different school. It sounds dumb to not go to college somewhere because of the water but it is such a turn off. The water taste like sewage water and it forces you to constantly buy bottles of water or a filter. Which the filter sometimes doesn't even do the trick. They really need to fix their water problem fast.
Semester is coming to an end
After a long but very quick fall the semester is almost done. I can't explain how fast college is going. I am almost a senior and that just blows my mind. When I think about it, its kind of scary knowing you're almost ready for the real world and job. I personally feel like I'm still a freshman. Hopefully these next few semesters slow down.

Physical Therapy
If you are ever injured or had surgery, the effects physical therapy can do are amazing. I tore my labrium a few years ago and instead of getting surgery and missing my senior year of sports I decided to give physical therapy a try. Physical therapy focuses on the little muscles surrounding teh joints and tendons keeping them in place and strong. I did therapy for my shoulder and played basketball with a torn labrium for two years.
Sport Injuries
More and more sport injuries are happening and we need to do something about it. Yes, more trainers would help but not only should the trainers be qualified to assist the student athlete, but also our coaches. Coaches should know what to do in certain situations, making the right call if the player should come back the game or sit out for his or her safety. The main injury that coaches should be aware of is concussions. Concussions are nothing to take chances on.

New Workout
I recently have just started a new workout. I used to try to space out upper body and lower but now my main focus is lower body. The reason I have changed is because I need to start lifting smart for my sport. All the power from pitching comes form the lower half and core. My new workout focuses on exploding from the lower half. So far everything is going well.
Efolio Stressin
I currently have been working on my E folio for the past few hours and needed a break so I figured I would blog about it. In the beginning of this assignment it felt very easy and the work was flying by. Until... I came to the domain section. I'm gonna be honest I have no idea what I am doing on this section. So if you read this and can help please respond.

Daily Eating
The typical diet is three meals a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Is this really a healthy diet to follow? If you only have three meals a day then you're filling your stomach's up to capacity each time because you haven't eaten in a long time, probably eating a lot more than what you should. A smarter way to eat is around 6 smaller meals throughout the day. This increases your metabolism tremendously and a healthier way to spread out your daily intake of food.
